Perenco has celebrated five years of operations in the Southern Gas Basin.

The company now operates the following compression hubs/gas gathering platforms with their connecting pipelines to Bacton on the Norfolk coast:

  • East Leman (Block 49/27) – offshore compression
  • Inde – (Block 49/23) offshore compression
  • Trent – (Block 44/24)offshore compression
  • Lancelot – (Block 48/17) onshore compression
  • Thames (Block 49/28) – offshore compression

Various satellite fields also flow through these compression hubs.

Perenco also operates the Pickerill field (Block 48/11) which flows gas through a dedicated pipeline to the Conoco operated gas receiving terminal at Theddlethorpe.

In addition to its own and joint-venture partner equity gas, Perenco also transports a significant quantity of third-party gas through its operated infrastructure.

Perenco continues to lengthen the lifespan of its assetsthrough efficient operations in combination with commercial optimisation.

Perenco continues to look for additional material exploration and producing asset opportunities in the UKCS.
