Perenco operates Block 7 and 21 in Ecuador’s Amazon region.
Block 7 production began in 1990 at the Coca-Payamino field. It currently produces 15,000 bopd from 56 wells located over 43 well pads in six fields.
Concentrated in the Yuralpa Field, the company’s Block 21 operations began in 2003.
Block 21 produces 16,000 bopd from 23 wells located over five well pads on the Yuralpa Field.

In collaboration with local authorities, Perenco is financing a 35 km extension of the main power line in Coca City to a population of 5,000 in the province of Orellana.
Perenco has also drilled water wells, identified unpolluted springs, and built storage tanks and facilities to provide the Flor de Manduro community with drinking water.
