Venezuela

Perenco's operations in Venezuela comprise interests in two public-private partnerships with the National Oil Company PDVSA, Petrowarao and Baripetrol. Petrowarao operates Pedernales and Ambrosio fields, and Baripetrol operates Colon field.

The Pedernales field is located on the northern margin of the Orinoco Delta. It currently produces 4 500 bopd with no decline over the last five years.

The Ambrosio field in Lake Maracaibo has a production of 2 500 boepd. The updated Plan of Development setting out a programme to bring on stream the large Heavy Oil reserves, which would lead to a significant increase in daily production at this asset.

The Colon's current production is 5 000 boepd.
